Sometimes I need dynamic meditation. Sometimes I need wisdom, sometimes a little humor, and sometimes Tamara's soothing voice is enough. I really appreciate the soothing sounds of the rain or the meditative sounds of the washing machine or the ebb and flow of the waves.

But my hardworking K9 will only be calmed down by his annual vet visit with blood work and vaccinations and more. with Baby Shh and it always works. So I guess if it calms me and my dog, I have to give it five stars.

I like the breathing part. I use it almost daily. I'm not much of a music fan, but bedtime stories are the best and I love that I can use the search bar and find one of my favorites that I'm in the mood for, like Dreaming of Paris or Oxford Library History or Train Stories.

Also, storytellers make great choices and they are certain people I just need to listen to when times are tough because their gift for storytelling has a soft tone that makes me want to. I really appreciate the variety. I believe I've had the Calm app since its launch a while back, and as others come and go and Calm has its growing intricacies, this is the app I stick with.

So thanks for the peace from my tough dog and me too. We are very sorry for the problem! Please try to leave the app open on the boot screen as this will allow the app to fully load. When the next app is launched, it usually loads without any interruption to the "deep breath" screen.
