This gift card can only be used for food and beverages at all participating California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) and CPK/ASAP restaurants in the US (excluding airport locations, stadiums, universities, the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas and Guam). This card is not redeemable for cash or credit in New Jersey or any other state, except as required by law.
If lost or stolen, it can only be replaced for the remaining value upon presentation of the original proof of purchase, including the gift card's 19-digit identification number. Resale is strictly prohibited. Protect your card like cash. Card Fact XVI, Inc. is the card issuer and the sole debtor of the cardholder.
