The food (although it's not organic). These specials add up and you can get a $10 free meal in no time, and this gamification totally got us trying most of their meals. However, my only complaint is how bad the app is for ordering. If the order is large (multiple meals) or God forbid, you get a call or have to leave the app momentarily to check your maps or bank account, this app complete reset results in you having to reorder everyone's meals from scratch

This has been the case for a while, and I'd really like to address general reliability and the ability to "hold" your order. All in all I would give CF an A+ for their excellent customer service (at least in North Idaho/Eastern Washington) and they have made great strides in accuracy of finish times.
A few times early last year, their pick up time was another 15-20 minutes before they were ready. I would definitely encourage anyone to try them, and app developers please improve this app! Hastalugo 🇲🇽 I frequent this particular store during the work week. All my experiences were below par compared to other places I've visited.

During the week, the menu is limited as they only sell salmon on certain days (wheck) I'm happy to have this location near my office, but it's really disappointing for pescetarians. Also, I placed my order online and as it was assumed it would be ready when you showed up (5 minutes later than promised) only to find out they haven't even started your order yet and their pickup line is bogged down
Angry online orderers and a lady who couldn't verify the order to save her life! ! ! Super frustrating when you have limited time for lunch. I'm not sure why I keep wanting to eat here. So on a day like today, when my regular store isn't "on the way" to my destination, I'm so hungry I might eat my hand off...why not try this store anymore

What a mistake. The chips were stale, the cheese dip tasted weird, the salsa was stale, the black beans were crunchy at best (as was the rice), the horchata machine was so low quality, all the suspense was spice, but it's going to be long
I went here a while ago, next time you bet I'll walk 20 miles to a place I frequent, or go somewhere else. I appreciate apps that try to update over time, but honestly, not this one. I've only tried ordering once since the update.
Checking the correct position is confusing and I don't know why. Then actually ordering is the most complicated experience I've ever had on an app, why is ordering so confusing? Where are the ingredients and garnishes shown? ? I prefer that it will show you all the options and you can choose whatever you want, right now it assumes you're going to want everything (except the extras).

I honestly think this is very dangerous as a person may not be paying attention and may be allergic to a certain ingredient (tomatoes, cilantro, onion, etc.). That's it, the bottom line is don't expect them to accept your payment. Literally tried 4 times on 2 diff cards on wifi on wifi and every time it says "Payment not accepted please check your info is correct." I don't understand how this app used to be

Accepted my payment method, but now it's not? Like cmon, that's the whole point of this app, to order and pay in advance!
