buy your products you know you are bad. not at all... They sell a food product that imitates the national brand of fruits and vegetables. All of their products contain small amounts of vitamin B-12 from an unknown source. They don't say the fruit or vegetable on the label like they tell you on the phone ad.
It's unfair and if you don't cancel the order right away you'll end up buying 4 months worth of product because of the fine print on the packing slip. Forget what they told you over the phone at the time of purchase, they say the packaging beats everything they told you.
This company is a scam. Ordered baby slime on 1/4/23, order confirmation didn't include an order number, got another message saying delivery will be delayed. I contacted Bullhead on 4/5/23 to inquire about the delay. I was told that an item had not been shipped and that once shipped it would arrive 7-10 days later.

I was also told that the item would be shipped to my billing address. When the order was shipped, the shipping address I provided was not. same billing address. I request that the item be shipped for my order. At first I was told that this could not be done and I asked for my payment back.

I was told it couldn't be done and after further discussion, I was told a refund would be made in three to five days. I was also told that I need to be at the billing address to write the product when it arrives. That sounds awfully grim.
First impressions are lasting. I would rate less than one star. We ordered a toilet cleaning product. When you get it, it says it is not safe for septic systems. When we finally got a response on how to return the product, they said to return it, but did not offer a prepaid refund.
The cost to return will be approximately $48.00, approximately the cost of the product. This company is a scam. The rearview mirror on the product I bought was crap that didn't work. They called me to return it and said I had to pay for shipping and I couldn't get a refund.

I bought a rain star from these guys a few years ago. they were a good product. Since then I've bought a couple more things that were really rubbish. I recently looked at their website and if you look at all of their products you will eventually see a picture of "VINCE The Sham-Wow Guy".
Need I say more? I don't know what your connection is to Bulbhead Be, but the fact that it's on their website makes me want to sing. I have seen the reviews and will not buy from this company. But give online shoppers some tips so you don't get double-charged or hacked to steal your money.

Use a debit card from a new account that you have to add money to every time you buy something online, put what you want to spend on a purchase so scammers can't get what they want from your cc. Fraudulent activities. I saw a pair of glasses on TV that I liked.
I went to their website and ordered a pair. Then I started reading reviews about them and got nervous. I went to my paypal account and they charged me 453.00!! I looked ahead and the order said I ordered 42 pairs! Good thing I used Pay Pal.

Did not receive my order placed in early December. We received an email from BulbHead saying: Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, it is too late to leave our warehouse. We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Luckily, it's not a tall order. They charged my credit card the correct amount of $18.10 and two days later they charged me another $1.00. What is it all about! I always like to read reviews before I order, but this time I failed. This company is terrible, the false advertising they offer at a different price.

I canceled the order, reshipped it, and tried to get paid to return it, and he hung up on me when I called to complain. Now my credit card company has to jump through hoops to make this claim, not even wanting to leave a star they don't deserve.

Do NOT command BulbHead Company from the TV!!! I ordered the eye candy magnifier as seen on TV and still haven't received any tracking information so I called customer service and was told it takes 60 days to receive! !!!! What?? This is not what is advertised!!
I will cancel this order!!! Fraudsters!! Not only did the two Angel mirrors I got for Christmas NOT match the recipient's mirrors, but when I contacted them about the return, within the 30 day period, they told me to send them back for a refund.
