But Franco keeps wrapping presents because he's "Christmas crazy" You may think you're in the Christmas spirit, but your dedication to the holiday may be nothing compared to "SNL" host James Franco's gift wrapping at Bloomingdale's. Which is probably nothing compared to Franco's dedication to completing this sketch even though he actually cracked about halfway through and never really recovered.
The result is the best sketch of this "SNL" season. You can watch it in full in the video embedded above. "You're great with customers," Kate McKinnon said after she finished a one-woman Xbox. Franco replied. Then Beck Bennett arrives with a Barbie doll for his niece in need of bandages, a task that will test Franco's unwavering commitment to bringing Christmas spirit to all of his customers. That's because while wrapping the doll Franco got a paper cut on the tip of his right finger, and proceeded to splatter blood all over the gift.

But despite that, Franco continued. "I just need a little pressure on it. It's going to stop at any moment," Franco said after finishing wrapping the doll and countering McKinnon's suggestion that he see a nurse at the store. Franco stuck his finger in his mouth, where it stayed until Leslie Jones and Kenan Thompson arrived to ask.

Franco is barely keeping it together, and Jones is bent over with blood spraying from his mouth... and there's still 90 seconds left in the sketch. It might be hard to believe that the skit could still go up from there, but it did. Oh boy, it sure does.
We are at least (probably) two years away from Donald Trump as President of the United States. That means a lot of bad things and one really big thing: We're going to be getting a lot more Alec Baldwin Trump impersonations on "Saturday Night Live."
