Mobile ordering is only available in select locations. Now you can access your loyalty rewards card from the app! I use the app to order coffee all the time. Starbucks, Dunkin, etc. You'd think a fast-growing coffee chain would have better apps that run smoothly (like the two above), but alas, they don't.
Every time I open the app it tells me my order is waiting. what order?!? I didn't order anything. Then, if it doesn't freeze and close immediately after opening, it won't let me choose where to order. Once I was able to activate the ordering app and the employee was very confused and thought I was taking an order.

Hmmm... no. I ordered on your app... I'm not here to storm the door. The app is well designed for ordering, but it just needs to iron out a lot of bugs and make it work consistently. Not really sure why things are rated so low.
I use this app every morning to buy coffee before I leave my driveway. I picked it up and they gave me coffee. Simple and effective. I've had some issues from time to time, including the app crashing or messages saying mobile orders aren't available.
But reboot or force close/reopen works every time. Only once did my barista say the order was not successful. This last part brings me to a request for improvement - I think we need a story. We should see our order "received" basically. We currently have no tracking other than when you first order and it tells you it's ready.
Might be a good update - the system already knows your recent orders, I just want a list of orders/dates and times of our orders. I ordered my drink on the app and went to the Tatum's Thunderbird location and stood in the waiting room for 15 minutes as the app said the drink was being made.

I finally asked one of the servers and she asked me if I had checked in because we didn't know you were here to do it. Why should I order on an app if I have to stand in line to tell the girl at the register I'm here.
