Our Austin gift baskets are handmade, all natural gourmet foods and artisan products made locally in Austin and Texas. We make gift giving simple with door-to-door delivery in the Austin area or ship nationwide. Most of our carts are delivered locally within 30 minutes of Austin for a $12 fee.
Cart orders placed Monday through Friday will be delivered/shipped within 3 business days of order placement (excluding peak holiday periods). Holiday orders may require additional time. When available we offer next day delivery, contact us to check availability. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery and shipping of custom and large orders of 10 or more gift baskets.

Our custom gift baskets are crafted at the time of your order using the freshest gourmet produce, allowing us to customize your gift presentation just for you. Custom basket orders start at $50.00 for an individual basket or group orders of
10 or more baskets. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery and shipping of custom and large orders of 10 or more gift baskets. Depending on availability, we may be able to create a custom basket sooner. Email us for more information and get a special gift request form.
Chocolate gift products may not be available for delivery during the warmer months (April to October). Chocolate will be replaced by cakes, candies and other gourmet products. Correct! If you send the gift basket to the hospital, the hotel is asked to confirm the information before sending the order.
Gift Basket Collection & Prices:
If Austin Gift Basket Company makes deliveries to a hospital or hotel and the recipient is no longer working, visiting or has been discharged, you will be responsible for delivery charges. All our gifts are packed in high quality cardboard boxes or gift bags. Our gift baskets are wrapped in clear cellophane.
All gifts are tied with ribbons or personalized accents (holidays, flowers, etc.) Yes! At checkout, under "Please leave special instructions below," you can add a personalized note to the gift. We hand deliver within 30 minutes of Austin, TX for $12. If hand delivery is required outside this radius, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Substitution Policy: Subject to season and availability, we reserve the right to substitute gift baskets and/or gift basket components whenever necessary using items of equal or greater value. When we make exchanges, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations and that you and your gift recipient are satisfied with the quality and presentation of your gift.
Delivery Options:
Items damaged in transit will be fully refunded or replaced with an identical item if we are contacted within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. Please keep all damaged shipping containers as the carrier will require this to process a claim. Please provide us with your order number or, if you are the recipient of a gift that needs to be returned, please provide us with the name of the person who purchased your gift along with any item numbers or identify which product you received.
We understand that you have choices when it comes to shopping, and we want your shopping experience to be rewarding. We promise to do everything we can to achieve this goal. Can I add a personal item to include in my gift? We love adding personal touches to all the gifts we create and do our best to find meaningful pieces from our store to include.
We personally purchase items that we do not carry that you request. A charge for the cost of personal items plus 20% will be added to your bill. If the item is easily obtainable from the corner store (magazines, soft drinks, etc.) there is no additional charge.

You also have the option to send or mail any personal items you wish to include in the gift. Our primary supplier is UPS – we sometimes ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping charges will apply based on package size and weight, destination and preferred shipping selection.
About Gourmet Gift Baskets:
Texas sales tax of 6.25% applies to all Texas deliveries. Sales tax is charged per product, shipping and handling charges. All orders shipped or delivered to a Texas address will also be charged a 6.25% tax (state law). What if I need to order a large number of gifts for a specific date?
Please contact us directly for any order over 20 gifts for a personalized quote and for lead time orders. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some items may not be available without adequate lead time. Do you offer gift services to business and industry professionals?
Be sure to include us before thanking clients or planning an event! We offer a wide range of gifting services to all businesses and industries. Orders take 3 working days to process (depending on our existing orders). Holiday orders may require additional time. If the city you received the gift in is not listed above, the gift will be shipped via UPS.
If you order on Friday or the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday. Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated according to the UPS chart. Please allow 1-5 business days for UPS to deliver to your door.
