The old program is very good. If you are in your 20's and just a Botox user, get a bonus after multiple treatments and keep your A list or whatever it is top status very easily. Now, unless you have multiple Botox appointments throughout the year, treating only one area at a time, it's nearly impossible to maintain A-list status.
This new program is designed to force people to use fillers to meet their needs when there are many people who do not need fillers. Oh, and I mentioned what their elite status called A-list gives you. Nothing! No bonus, no extra benefits, it's over.
What Is The Allē Rewards Program?
Just the points that never expire they just told me is a lie even though their terms and conditions say points never expire, I've been an A-lister for years and it looks like my points have expired. The app is still terrible, you can't see the new expiration details, you can't see if your A list status has been renewed or extended for another year, no email customer service.
Just the phone # and base M-Fr 8-5 when anyone in the US. They work and when you contact someone they give you different answers, so I like emails to give proof of what they tell me. Other money-hungry companies find ways to lose customers.
