I'm having a hard time doing this using an iOS app. When I select a start/end point, all options are blacked out and hard to read. Then when I try to select a date, the calendar is mostly white. I clicked on the white calendar and the dates appeared, but they were weird.

I tried three times to make sure it wasn't an accident, but I got the same result every time. I recommend fixing this as it has become very difficult to book flights using the app I have 8 vouchers and I am a frequent flyer with Erlings and they are forcing me to rethink who I fly with.

I applied for 4 vouchers on April 4th (from 4 more) and got an automatic reply saying you will hear back within 2 weeks, but it will be a little later due to the volume of claims. It's been three months now with absolutely no response!

I called Erlingus HQ in NYC and the automated message said "if it's about vouchers hang up etc" so I hung up. Then I wrote (regular mail) to the CEO in Dublin and he didn't bother to reply to me or anyone else. I tried calling Dublin, but without success.

You'd think they'd have a dedicated line or online tutor for this, there's none on the Erlingus website. I wrote a second time, no response. Complete scandal, complete silence. I will do my best to find alternative airlines for future flights. I am now claiming the cost of my flight through my credit card company because I failed to deliver the goods and services provided to me by Erlingus (flight or now a voucher) within a reasonable time.

Their website is useless, their app doesn't work, and it's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.
