that with the iOS app. When I select origin/destination all the options are black and hard to read. Then when I tried to select a date, the calendar was mostly white. I clicked on the white calendar and the dates appeared, but it was weird.

I tried three times to make sure it wasn't an accident, but each time I got the same result. I highly recommend you fix this as it is becoming very difficult to book a flight with the app I am entitled to 8 vouchers, I am a frequent flyer on AerLingus and they are forcing me to think about who I want to fly with.

I applied for 4 vouchers on 4/4 (4 more since) and got an automated reply which you should hear in 2 weeks but maybe a bit later due to the number of claims. Now 3 months later and absolutely no response! I called AerLingus HQ in New York and the automated message said "if it's about vouchers hang up etc" so I hung up.
I then wrote (snail mail) to the CEO in Dublin and he didn't bother to reply or even let anyone else reply. Tried calling Dublin but to no avail. You would think they would have a dedicated line or online faculty to deal with this, absolutely nothing on the AerLingus website.
I wrote a second time and I have no answer. Total scandal, complete silence. I will make every effort to find an alternative carrier for future flights. I will now be getting a refund for my flights through my credit card companies as Aerlingus did not provide me with the goods and services (flights or now vouchers) they should have provided me within a reasonable time.

No communication or information from Aerlingus makes it much worse, it is not knowledge. We are done. The only low light was Aer Lingus. Their website was useless, their app was down, and it was virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. I'm talking all night busy signals and being on hold for an hour before giving up.
We were just trying to book seats and confirm our flights/get our boarding passes. They wouldn't/couldn't/wouldn't help us. As a result, we were placed in the back row without reclining the seat and returned to the front row with our toes on the bulkhead / unable to slide my legs under the seat in front.

Those were the worst two summers of my nearly 1,500,000 mile career. And the food was terrible / non-existent. They ran out of sandwiches after serving the first four rows! The flight attendants were clearly embarrassed. Our first leg back was late. The crew refused to do anything, such as call ahead and ask if the plane was held / asking passengers to let connecting passengers get off first / tell us what the connecting gate was.
The problems were systemic. I'm sure they were not an isolated situation. The value of the voucher includes the ticket, taxes, fees and any seats or baggage originally purchased. It does not apply to third party payments such as car hire. Make sure your flight qualifies for a refund voucher. Then go to our refund voucher request form and fill in the required contact details and flight details.
Once you have submitted your voucher request, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your application will then be reviewed and if you meet the requirements, the voucher will be issued. The main passenger of the booking will receive the refund voucher by email, followed by an email with a PIN code.

Vouchers are issued in the same currency as the original reservation. Personalized Gift Cards can be purchased in Euros, US Dollars or British Pounds in denominations of 25 to 500. They can be redeemed on aerlingus.com and our booking app in the same currency. Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years.
Refund Vouchers
Choose the currency, amount and subject of your voucher. Check that the currency is valid for where your recipient will be flying from. For example EUR for flights departing from Dublin. Enter the recipient's name (corresponding to their passport) and email address, as well as your sender details for your account.
Complete your purchase with your payment details. The voucher will be sent directly to the recipient's email address along with your personalized message, followed by an email with a PIN. Or you can specify a delivery delay date of up to three months. Yes. To redeem the voucher, the name on the voucher and the name of the traveler must match their passport.
However, gift vouchers are transferable and can be changed via the Rename feature in Manage My Voucher. Name, surname, email address and delivery date are subject to change; all other items remain as on the original voucher. When purchasing the gift voucher, you can choose a specific delivery date (YYYY-MM-DD) up to three months after the purchase date.
You will receive a confirmation and receipt email immediately after purchase and the recipient will also receive a personalized gift voucher email and a separate PIN code email on the selected delivery date. It's instant! Our gift cards are issued immediately after purchase, unless you specify a different delivery date.
