Why do I need a new one? This company is horrible and I am amazed at their latest tactics. I have purchased many items from them over the past few years. I never received my last order and when I called them to ask about it (the website gives very limited tracking information), they said my account was closed.

I heard his commercial on Howard Stern. I try to support their sponsors. My husband and I were looking for fun things for adults and came across adamandeve.com. We found what we were looking for, their ad says to use a promo code and you get 10 free gifts, one of which is a DVD and free shipping.
I entered the code at checkout and they offered express shipping for $11.00, 2-3 days, so I'd like to get my order by next weekend. They don't email you and tell you that your order has been shipped. Most companies do this. I had to do my own tracking and found that the order was shipped on December 1st and delivery was scheduled for December 9th!
