Use them to descend safely until you see a cave mouth. Enter and follow the narrow tunnel until you reach a set of glowing blue crystals. The cat will sit next to them. The next was at Ceres' Spine Observatory. To get there, you'll need to head to the southwest corner of Divalian Mists, then go through the tunnel with the glowing blue crystals.

Follow the path to the observatory. Enter the building and use the platforms in the inner chamber to climb above the entrance. You'll find the cat by the window facing the bridge, sitting next to a strange globe. For the next one, go to The Strand, the area east of the Dreaming City landing point.

Then we go to the gardens of Esila. When you get the previous one, go through the stone door with the giant statue of a woman and down the hallway, then follow it until you reach the garden. Once you enter the garden, look left and you will see a large rock.
Where To Find Hidden Cats In Destiny 2?
Climb to the top and you'll find the cat next to a tree. Go to the northeast part of Rheasilvia, into the palace. Once inside, walk past the large statue of a woman. Turn left once you reach the glowing blue ball in Harbinger's Seclude.
Enter the large hall and cross to the left. Enter the small room with the tree and look for the cat in this tree. There's another one near the observatory (thanks to ZorgothTDK for the tip). Go to the Keres Spine Observatory and exit through the door on the left.

Cross the plaza and follow the crystal path until you pass another clearing with several orb statues. Go through the cave behind the clearing and turn left. Use the ledges of the cliff to climb to the top. Turn right and cross the bridge leading to the geode.
Jump to one of the lowest points, then climb up to the central peak. Jump to a ledge on the other side and you'll find the cat next to the vines.
