Visa, Mastercard, American Express prepaid and gift cards. I am trying to confirm a $300 Visa card that should be eligible in the Hello 2022 sale. I was a new customer and signed up for service on 12/21. However, I spent a few days without activating the internet due to a problem with the previous client at the address still with service.
On 12/22 I saw the Hello 2022 promotion where new internet customers would get a $300 Visa card if they also signed up on mobile. Before activating the internet I confirmed with xfinity via chat that I would be eligible for the $300 since I did not activate the internet.

If I wasn't eligible I would cancel and just re-enroll because it's not activated. On 12/22, the agent confirmed that I would be eligible for the Visa gift card. However, it doesn't always show up on the incentive tracker. I saved the chat that confirmed eligibility in case something like this happened.
I have talked to a few xfinity agents since I signed up and they said the $300 card would be added to the account manually, but it still hasn't shown up. I need to confirm that I will receive this and would like to know how I can get a copy by email.

I have not received my $300 gift card to upgrade to an iPhone 13 pro max. I tried calling several times and only got through once. He gave me a ticket number and told me I would get a call back in 5-7 days. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them.

I have a cell line and we were supposed to have a $300 gift card mailed to me and we never received it. This looks more and more like collective action. I have the same problem.
